"once in always"

well...there's a story...
bout writing FORMAL letter to cancel some charging stuff...

*erm...I'm not that clear bout the exact story

the story started with X received a letter that charged X for RM3000++...
then...X asked Y to help X write the formal letter's draft to cancel the charge

that Y so MCB and MAIGULIU and ....bla..bla...oOo
X keep calling Y coz can't delay anymore...
or else...jz wait to kena saman or go to the jail...or both.
then...that cb-stupid-Y behsong behsong...
finally fax the draft to X (after X called Y for so many times and hard to find Y too...oOo)

when X received the fax...
X asked Z to help type out the letter...
Z read the letter...

"apa tu?!kanasai...hand-writing...some words not clear..dunno wad Y wrote....MAI GU?!this letter suppose to be written in BM or English?!Formal letter or Informal letter?!"thought Z

"this letter should be written in BM ha?"asked Z.
"that's y i dunno bah~so weird de..."answered X.

OK...never mind
Z started to type the letter out after reached the office.....

later...the more Z type...the weirder Z felt...
till the part :
".....Pihak kami tidak memahami mengenai konsep once in always in."
what's the mean by [once in always in]?
or Y means [konsep once in always ini]?

then Z asked X...X also dunno...
then...after struggle inside X's mind...
X decided to call Y...
*u think very song always call a same person kah?!that Y very rude de...ask a little thing...Y will 'kua kua jiao'...feel like wanna fight with u de...cannot say de...who want to phone Y?!juz afraid the letter cant be accepted nia...if not...who wanna waste the money calling a person that very CB?!ceh~*

when called Y...
yeah...
Y sounded very behsong...
but X still very polite to Y

however...till the end...
get no ans...
Z very behsong then sms many friends to ask what's the mean by "once in always" or "once in always in"
then...some say dunno...
some say "once in always" means 'duo1 ci4 li3 de4 yi2 ci4'
some say "once in always in" means 'after u once get in...u'll always in'

err.....though these answers make Z a bit clear bout the phrase...
but...Z still can't understand what do Y mean?!

the letter is something like that
*it's written in BM la...*

2. Like wad we'd been informed, we kena charge of **** with the amount of RM****.

3. We wish to cancel the charge bcoz it's not sengaja. Our pihak tidak mengetahui mengenai konsep once in always in.

Z still cant understand...X also...

and when X asked what's the meaning...
Y behsong...and say jz follow what's written in the draft.it wont be wrong.
so...X just follow...
and Z cant do anything...
coz there's none of Z's business....
and...also...
if u dun follow those people like Y (those 姓马 de)
u'll get the trouble...massive trouble!!!!!!!!
then u'll be TERRIBLE...HORRIBLE!!!! VEGETABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so X choose to follow Y...
and if the letter got problem...
that's Y's fault...
bcoz Y say "jz follow...wont wrong de!"



well....this is the story...

from this story i learnt that...
1. try to avoid doing things with those horses
2. don't ask WHY and HOW.horses cant tahan with these questions
3. talk and write ROJAK language with them is the best!

those horses...
memang make me behsong...
do things wont do properly...
they never know what's RESPONSIBILTY

i've heard another story bout them too...
there's some people get the wrong medicine from hospital...
bcoz those horses who work there...
din study well...
cincai get the medicine for those patients...
